Badge Printing

Our registration system prints all badges on-site!  As a registrar verifies the registration record with an attendee, the command to print a badge is sent with one keystroke.  The attendees badge and any event tickets or a lead retrieval data card is then printed at a nearby print station, where it is assembled and presented along with any additional event material.  Our smooth process moves any registration line quickly.

Laser printed badges, with or without tickets, are all custom formatted for your show and can display any registration data.  Color artwork is pre-printed on badge stock, while individual information is printed on-site.  RYA will help design a professional badge that represents your organization or sponsor well.
