Attendees can optimize their time locating products and vendors at your next exposition, spending more time learning about the products and services they want.  Arranged anywhere in the conference facility, RYA’s Product Locator is a searchable database of the exhibitors and products showcased at your event.  Attendees follow easy onscreen directions which focus their search by category and sub-categories.  At the end of each search a report is quickly printed allowing the attendee to take a reference list with them throughout the conference facility.

Quickly find a session by title, speaker, paper, topic, time, room number or key word search.  Attendees can easily find seminars, meetings, sub-events throughout your convention by using RYA’s Session Locator.  Last minute changes are a synch to manage with our update feature, attendees have access to the latest information.
